I work with clients weekly during a regular, agreed slot. The duration of therapy can be open-ended or for an agreed time period.

It can feel challenging to make that first step of contacting a psychotherapist or counsellor. I will respond to your enquiry in a sensitive and empathetic manner.
The service is confidential and I offer a sensitive and supportive approach to whatever issues you are dealing with. There is no obligation to continue after the initial session. It is important that you feel safe working with me and know that all sessions are kept strictly confidential unless there is a concern regarding your health or safety.
I work with adults aged 18 and over.
Fee
Individual sessions of 50 minutes duration: £65
Couples session of 60 minutes duration: £80
Location
My practice is located in the centre of Berkhamsted.
